  4. I wouldn't like to be the last engineer who fixed that. The heating
    contactor must have welded together or a SSR went short, The boilers
    normally run at 1.3 bar, so there wouldn't be enough pressure to
    rupture the boiler unless the PRV was stuck or had been jammed shut.
    It must have been a *hell* of a bang, I am surprised no one was
    killed.
