People say that they're downloading stuff because the record companies etc
are ripping them off but there's a big difference between paying a fair
price for it and just swiping it.

HooDooWitch (if thats his[1] real name) made a good analogy with stealing
bikes. If people thought that bikes were too expensive then they should buy
secondhand or buy imports and force the dealers to lower prices. If they
just stole bikes instead then dealers would make no money at all and have to
put prices up.
