Ugh, I used to have that problem - not nice. I was the only bloke in an
office with six girlies. I had to wear a suit, they wore whatever they
liked - usually something thin & skimpy. Hence they'd crank the heating
up to keep warm, making me sweat me bollocks off.

If I suggested they wear more clothes the standard reply was they liked
to "look nice at work" - selfish fuckers.

Did you not consider taking your jacket off?

Mind you, I've never, ever, been too hot in a office. I'm one of the
chaps who's always tweaking the thermostat up.

I always took the jacket off - but that still left me with trousers,
shirt & tie, whilst they were wearing skirts & skimpy sleeveless tops.
I maybe could've coped if they weren't all old and/or fugly!

There wasn't any aircon either, but I couldn't open a window in summer
as the draught made them "chilly" ffs.

So why didn't you take to wearing skirts and skimpy tops?

Why is it that 'suitable' formal office-wear is as follows:
Men: Shirt, tie, trousers, jacket (optional).
    Women: Anything they fucking like.

Because I like to dress differently at the office.

When our office introduced a casual wear dress policy for non-customer
facing roles, our team was the only one who had to smarten up.

    Krusty says...
I'm meant to wear a shirt and tie to work. If I did I think more than
half my customers would show me the door as soon as I walked in. I wear
a company polo shirt and smart trousers with shoes.
