  1. Hi all

Does anyone know where I could find great looking photos (for wallpaper) of
Honda CBR600F4i 2005. I want photos of this specific model.

    regards
    Tomaz

Did you watch Top Gear on Sunday/Monday? You'd have approved of
    Clarkson's comment on Hondas.

No [1]. What did he say?

[1] Watched "What we still don't know" on C4 instead.

You're fibbing. I know this because of the failure of logic in your
    argument:

    1. You like Hondas
    2. You're some sort of freek (sic)

He was comparing the new Golf GTi to the other hot hatches and it was
pointed out that it wasn't as quick as the Civic Type-R.

His retort was, "Yes, but if you buy a Civic Type-R you end up with a
    Honda".

    Or words to that effect.

Mind you, for me the highlight of the programme was the "buy a Porsche for
£1,500" challenge. The little on bought a 924, the other one got a ropey
944 and Clarkson bought a ... I don't know, what adjective is like ropey
    only 100 times worse? ... well, whatever ... a 968.

It made me chuckle ... it actually looked better after he'd painted it black
    using Hammerite

    Did they go?
    Stop?
    Corner?

    Who won the challenge?

    A 928. A very, very, very shagged 928.
Clarkson. One of the "challenges" was to sell the piles of shite for
more than the purchase price - the 928 cost £1500. Clarkson achieved
this by breaking the SO928 for parts. Oh, and converting the engine
block into a coffee table and the front seats into living room chairs.
Apparently, someone paid £600 for the table and chair combo.

Oh yes, sorry. I just don't know my Porsches, do I?

They all went, all stopped (Clarkson's stopped every two miles for more
water in the cooling system) and they all did a lap of the test track in the
    hands of the Stig.

Unfortunately I can't remember the lap times, but I think the 944 was
fastest (probably because the 928 was running on 6ish cylinders by this
    point).
Yeah, I know it was a just for fun type thing, but the scoring was bollocks,
If they'd made it +5 points for every 100 quid over 1,500 you sold it for
and -5 for every 100 quid under it would have been a lot fairer.

Anyway, I bet every impressionable teenager with a grand is out looking at
    924s and 944s this weekend :)

That was fucking hilarious, especially when he had petrol and water
pouring out each end. And the other one with the exploding windscreen
    bits and the "spoiler" boot.
    It couldn't look worse.

They were a wonderful series of adverts though. In retrospect the
pearl necklace imagery is quite disturbing.

  20. Certainly not - German junk - made for the proles my dear fellow.
I'm not at all surprised. The only VW I've owned myself was a 1961
beetle that I bought in 1981 for 10 quid. Fucking thing was a total
    shed.
