Does anyone know about Honda's VRX 400 (see link
    http://www.honda.co.jp/news/1995/image/18_66.jpg) at all. A colleague
is thinking of getting one and would like to know whether to bother or
    not. It's listed as 2000/X, 2,700 km asking UKP2,495.

    Many thanks.

Gotta be a grey import, innit? So personally I wouldn't touch it with
yours, as spares may be a nightmare, quite apart from the fact that a
400cc wannabee cruiser is surely a joke in itself.

    SWK may be along shortly...

That's too much money for a bike that sucks shit through straws.

I clearly worded the original question wrong. I blame the fsking
    toothache I am suffering with,

A girl at work was asking me about this bike so I thought I'd ask ukrm.
She needs a low seat height bike and at 33bhp.

Ok, now you know it's a lass asking, do I get any better replies :)

Despite that cliched phrase being used... I'm curious. What is it you
think she wants to hear? Is it: "I've got a really small dick and go
    off without much provocation?"

  7. actually I was thinking more along the lines of "it's a lvoely bike at a
bargain price", but whatever suits you best...

If all they want is a bike with a low seat and <33bhp then a XV535 or even
a Hardly 883 would be a better bet than some obscure Jap import IMO.

  9. Nah, mine's an obscure jap import, and I don't have any probs. And I
am as short as you can get.

    Oh, and as cute ;o)

Eh? I guess it _may_ be a grey import, but it certainly ain't obscure,
having also been officially imported into the UK for many years.

If the model has been officially imported into the UK at any time, it
    *cannot* be a grey import.

I always took it to refer to the practise of importing 2nd hand bikes
from Japan to get round new vehicle import restrictions etc. But hey,
    whatever.

  17. It's obscure enough to confuse the insurance companies, who don't have
it listed as the model for the year that it's registered.

    That's my understanding.

A grey is a bike never officially imported for that particular year or
    model (or both).

My FZR400RSP was a grey despite the FZR400RRSP being officially
    imported some 6 years later.
