Honda Tactics - what they could have done.

At the beginning of the season several people on this group (including me)
believed that Rossi's only chance of winning the title was if the six Honda
riders consistently took points of each other. That didn't really happen,
with only Gibernau and Biaggi ever really in the hunt. However, just for fun,
I thought I'd see how the points would have panned out if the Honda riders
hade dermurred to Gibernau at every round. By my calculations Gibernau would
have 23 points more right now, and would be 12 points behind Rossi.

P.S. Honda used to have a slogan "Honda Enter, Honda Win". To which some
cynical souls later added "Honda Lose, Honda Quit".

Thats not entirely true, last time Honda won the WSB championship they quit
WSB and didn't enter a team the next year.

No it was still enter, win. they just learned to quit without
needing a loss
