Given that Honda have a history of doing stuff 'just because we can, and
you can't' IYSWIM, what d'you reckon will be the next step for them?

I reckon the 2004 'Blade gives an indication with it's electronic
steering damper - active suspension within the next 5 years?

SteveH fascinated us all by saying...
That's a good enough reason *not* to buy a Honda then.

    Shhh.

I'd love a Fireblade type bike with ABS.

Doesn't the wing already have it?

Suspect they're spending far too much money on emission controls and noise
deadening, rather then performance, but who knows.

Hope it's linked to a tilt sensor(1) then, or wheelies could be a
    thing of the past.

    1. Just imagine - your're skreeshing round a lovely sweeper, balls to
the tank, screwing on the last mill of throttle, pulling the outer bar
back hard as hell, outside knee climbing the bulge in the tank ...

... when it all goes quiet ...

.... you run wide, miss an oncoming car by millimetres, slide across
the verge, through a hedge and into a field. You drag yourself to
your feet and hobble to the wreck of your pride and joy. All is dead
and silent - apart from a red light blinking on the dash - one you've
    never noticed before.

The legend on the light says "TILT".

Only if it doesn't weigh too much. They'll probably stick it on some
    lardy tourer bike though.

  10. It's not in my dictionary. Nothing beyond "vara" which is "stick".
