Just wondering wether anyone knows if the 900 Hornet ever came with a
    fairing like the 600 Hornet?

I think the 600 hornet came with a fairing like the 900 hornet but not
    the other way around.

Ya got it wrong Smee, the 900 never came with a fairing, only the 600 from
2000 onwards. They are available after market.
Check out www.hondahornet.co.uk for all the info you'll ever need about the
    Honda Hornet.

Nope - although I've got a dinky little flyscreen on mine which does a
reasonable job even if it looks kind of naff.

If you go to www.hondahornet.co.uk (a great resource site) you'll learn
of a few different companies from which you can import custom fairings,
bellypans, tail sections etc. I don't think they're outrageously
expensive, but then there's freight to think about.

Let me know if you find something or decide to import something, I'd be
interested in throwing a small fairing on - something like what they've
done with the new CB1300S. It'd make longer touring a bit warmer and
    hopefully quieter.
