honda dealer repair departments - are 'repair frequencies' insider info?

does anyone know with any certainty wether honda motorcycle dealers
repair departments are, in any way, 'networked' nation<or world>wide?
specifically, I'm trying to find out if THEY (honda dealers) have any
way to find out "typical repair frequencies per customer-described
problem" on anything more than a 'local experiences only' type
    basis....

in other words, if I bring in my large, expensive, complex bike for
'surging' problems (aka 'won't run at any steady speeds, but
accelerates fine and starts fine hot or cold') do THEY (the dealers)
have any kind of way to read something like my 'fabricated' report
below, for one particular model or engine type:

    ==fabrication begins==

    1. this reporting period: dealer mechanics report 968,236 incidents
nationwide (or 267,982 incidents regionally> of defective (stuck) j2
solenoid. this problem appears to be especially prevalent on the XX
model, beginning year/model YY and ending year model ZZ, when the J2
valve (causing the surging) was replaced with the 'newgood' system...

    2. also during this reporting period: dealer tech departments report
389 incidents nationwide of vacuum hose deteriorated and collapsing
inward between fitting L-72 and center-left lower vacuum port of the
right reed body, causing failure of complete vacuum to be fed to
    sensor K-92...causing the 'surging'

    3. this reporting period: mechanics report 32 incidents nationwide of
plug-in wire terminal loose at fitting D-32, causing intermittent
signal to be sent to 'brain', causing the 'surging'

    ==imaginary fabrication ends==

obviously, if the dealers HAVE the info-type above, printed and
distributed or online, etc, it'd be some _quite_ considerable help in
diagnosing complex (and possibly, UNknown to us owners) 'commonly'
occuring mechanical problems....& one wonders if he could possibly
    'access' that info, somehow...

alternately, how does a guy find out how many 'secret recalls' or
'fixes' there've been for any particular bike, for any certain 'given'
    problem?

    thanks much :)

    line one from safetyalerts.com

"Currently we only database _AUTO_ recalls which were issued during
    1998* or later..."

    my motorcycle is a '92...and isn't a car. but thanks :)

I think some GM (car) dealers call this type of 'insider info' "tech
service bulletins", but, again, I'm still a honda motorcycle...so,
anybody know what honda motorcycle dealers refer to this type info as?
    or does it even exist?

    thanks :)

I think the national or factory service dept has a report like this but I
doubt it is released to dealers. They would get TSB's only, no stats.
