  1. I know Dad was into bikes, but according to a newspaper clipping, so
was my Great Granddad, he also liked his photography:

    URL:http://squitter.v2u.net/samuel_horrocks/
    (see article at the bottom)

A collection of his bike photos are waiting for me when I next visit
    my Dad.

Other My boss has disconnected my PC from the network, so no
more UKRM and eBay at work (

All my ansestors were sailors, and so is my dad.
I fucking *hate* boats. My dad *hates* bikes.

    So no.

If it's still connected to the internal network, use another machine as a

    Nice.
I assume they need some form of copyright/disclaimer though.

I hope so. The museum at Bury was given most of the original glass
slides, but two of my uncles also have some. Not had a reply back
from the museum yet, I may need to phone them. My uncles say they
lent theirs to my Dad, who says he gave them back, so some more
    prodding needed there.

I'm not sure who would actual own the copyright for these now, I
suppose it will be one of my relatives, but which is any ones guess.
I'll put something on there when I get more pictures.

I agree, he is a ****[1], but I'm well paid and the jobs very secure.

However, if I had a better offer... (I can do anything from circuit
    design to C++ programming).

  18. 'snot nature, it's nurture. Skipping a generation is a classic sign
that your dad got on better with/wanted to be more like his grandad
    than his dad.

Just been reading "They **** you up" by Oliver James. Cracking book.

He asked for a VAT receipt, or should I say the tone of voice he used
when asking for a VAT receipt. It was for Christmas cards as well.

I think Grandad was into bikes as well, but this Great Grandad was my
    Grandmas Dad.
How do you get the time to read books? I barely get time to watch TV
    these days.
