Hi Vis Vests part 2

    Today I have been mostly riding with my Hi Vis vest flapping behind me [1] a
    la Ian Curtis performing Transmission.
    I haven't seen cars get out of my way like that since I commuted on the V
    Max so I'm guessing that:
    A) I looked like a demented extra from Mad Max
    B)I looked a complete twat
    Anyone care to repeat the experiment and confirm its effectiveness at
    speeding up filtering?

    [1] This was entirely intentional and has nothing to do with it not meeting
    in the middle any more....

    In uk.rec.motorcycles, Steve belched forth and ejected the following:
    I wear a Hi Vis for work and indeed, it flaps like a flag in my wake but
    I can't say it has had any noticeable effect on filtering in London[1]
    [1] Lets face it, if a fucking jumbo jet landed on the North Circular, I
    doubt many drivers would flinch.
