Deposit is on, pick up in January.
Here it is at Jon's place after the highway test ride.

It's being optioned up as we speak. Among other things the bench seat
will be replaced with a tractor seat and luggage rack.
It has a standard of fit and finish that only a Stalinist apparatchik
could love. There is no denying that it has "character" though.

Very nice. Didn't think they made them with the chair on the left,
Personal mod? That's why the dealer isn't importing them. Can't get
compliance with the right side chair.

    Aido. :)

They make them right for Europe, America etc and left for Australia,
    Britain etc.
Problem with left setup is that the driven chair wheel option isn't
available, chair brake works well but looks a bit Heath Robinsonish,
kick start is a bit of a problem etc.

Very nice. I'll pop around with some dark green, light green and
brown paint and show you what I reckon it should look like. :)

    Absolutely,
Drop by if you are in Katoomba, alternatively at the Unaugural...
It'll be a couple of weeks before I take delivery. There are a few
family issues eating available time at the moment. A beloved sister in
law in Unzud has inconveniently passed away, so that should take care
    of as few more weeks.

You would have to get past the pit-bull in the chair :)
On reflection, that would be fairly easy compared to Jenny in the
    chair.

Course you need to get your head around the whole asymmetry thing.
Left turns are a bit tippy and need good throttle technique, and right
turns are a ton of sliding fun if that's how you want to drive.
I assume that old hands have all of this nailed, although I hadn't
until I took the reins last weekend. I'm a died in the wool convert
    now though.

  10. Looks great. Now it just needs a coat of Olive Drab and a 7.62mm machine gun.

Katoomba you say? Unaugural you say? Arriving in an outfit, you say? :)

I have a longbow that needs to be picked up from Katoomba and brought down
to Canberra, are you possibly the man for the job?

Of course. A Canberra trip might occur before the Unaugural -
dependent on a number of things though. No worries about bringing it
down for the Unaugural. How long is this long bow? English long bow
    length?

Well maybe over Australia Day weekend - I feel a post delivery ride to
    Bundaberg coming up then.

Visions of bow string across chest, with quiver slung nonchalantly over your
back, riding the back roads through Taralga to avoid the sheriff

An excuse surely to rob from the rich and give to the poor Robin of
    Locksley.

    Best, Andrew

I think it was a smidge over 6 feet and 60 pound draw weight, but since I
bought it back in August I can't actually remember! It's not an English
longbow, more of the "Howard Hill" style with an arrow shelf cutout on one
    side of the handle.

I'll contact you about this (or you can e-mail me, the address on this
    post is a real one).

    Ta muchly.
