Hoping that someone can offer advice on this.

I have a early 80 Honda 900F and I'm trying to find the MFR of the
electrical connectors to see if I can get a pin extraction tool. I know
that I can use a small screwdriver is most cases, but I prefer using the
proper extractors if still available. Anyone happen to know who made the
connectors of this vintage? Thanks for any advice.

  2. You probably can use a stock pin extractor tool. I don't
think anybody except maybe spagthorpe used special
    non-standard pins.

My bet would be a stock molex extractor, but have no
knowledge of your bike. On mine, I typically just use
a short hunk of brass tubing from my odds and ends
    bins.

    Hi Rob:

Thanks for your note. I thought the connectors are Molex as well, but as I
recall, the Molex pins are round. The pin in the connectors that I'm
    referring to are flat.

Check digikey.com for flat molex extraction tools. That's where I got
    mine.

And head over to cb1100f.net - wonderful site with tons of info,
people that have been around bikes like yours (and mine) forever.
    Someone there will know.
