Don't you get some strange looks in all that gear on the train?

Paul Varnsverry emerged from their own little world to say
I've emailed them. No response so far. Do they have computers in Cumbria?

Just the one. They can type fast mind, what with them having 7 fingers
    on each hand.

  7. I ordered my Schuberth S1 with the optional double-D ring fastening. I
believe the importers offer a retro-switch service to change the
"seatbelt"-type fastening to the double-D ring, but you would need to
speak with them or with your local stockist.

Thanks - a very useful idea. I will hunt them down immediately.

  9. I didn't realise Wales was your "patch". :)

You might suggest to G.Mac that the VSJ web site should include a stockists list.

You wouldn't have been kept waiting long for a reply when I worked for
them - and that was in the pre-Internet days when the office ran
coal-fired computers. And when the coal ran out because the coalman
couldn't get through the twelve foot snowdrifts, we burnt the office
    furniture.

It's not. I have Essex, Kent and Greater London. A 50 mile or so trip to
    my closest dealer.

    I've found this page http://www.lloydlifestyle.com/ogklist.html

Am I right in thinking that they would also stock Nitro?

However, the formatting is borked. Most of the Welsh stockists are under
    the W Sussex heading.

I'm surprised there isn't a stockist in Cardiff; although, considering the
number of bikes in S Wales there are not many dealers in the capital.

Like I'm going to post a binary. Right.

    Anyway, it's a self-built one, I couldn't get SVA on it .

Not necessarily. Lots of the old Lloyd Lifestyle dealers stocked Nitro
when they first arrived here because the Lloyd reps were selling the new
range, but not all the dealers took them. I have Nitros in dealers that
have never dealt with Lloyds before.

Your best bet is to just phone VSJ Ltd and ask. You may find that some
Nitro dealers don't stock the lid you'd like to try. Not all my dealers
take the whole Nitro range............yet :)

VSJ Ltd are on 01768 483786

How biased? What are the bad points about the helmet? Can any salesman
    be trusted?

I'm not entirely thrilled with mine. It's the only flip-front I've found
that fits, and the convenience is good, but I wouldn't buy another one.

Why though? Just wondered as i need to buy a helmet at the end of the month
and ill probably either go for a Nitro or the Caberg Justone plus or the
    justissimo.
