It's the little old lady from pasadena.

 

That video made me larrff so much...the bit that capped it was the
armed response unit sent to intercept the 87 year old Alzheimer
suffering lady. The police are wonderful aren't they? One day a young
man finds a mobile phone, hands it into a police station and gets
detained on suspicion of theft of aforesaid Lost and Found item. Then
ones faith is restored in the system when you hear about the sensitive
handling of this old lady.
"Freeze!"
"Yes dear, who are you? Is this the way to my church?"
"I said freeze, get down slowly, put your hands where we can see
them"
" Hello? Is it time to pray?"
