On a purely personal level...The NCC are (for the most part) a decent club.

Some good designers/builders of bikes and (the few I know) decent/honest
bikers whose intrest lies in the mechanics and aesthetics of two wheeled art
    forms.

HA (the few I know) are club orientated. The emphasis is on the membership
    rather than the machine.

The program could have been aimed (as suggested above) at the Yardies/Triads
    etc.

What is mis-leading is (in this case) an emphesis on bikes when the prog.
    was aimed at gang-culture.

    Moloko velocet.

Badly worded that - I was meaning that the Chopper Club aim to be non
political when it comes to patches etc. no warfare etc.

I've never yet met a chopper clubber I haven't liked and their love of
    their bikes is awesome.

I've been to a few chopper club do's, and from my experience some
counties have a heavy HA style attitude and some have a very open laid
back welcoming attitude. I've met some real dickheads and some real
gentlemen. The HA... only ever met attitude... S'funny thing, without
the patch, with their famillies, nice as pie... with the patch on and
a couple of mates, pure attitude... very playground...

  8. Bike theft, drugs? Why do non-affilliated bikers insist on sticking up for
    them?

Maybe its that "Bikers, salt of the earth dontcha know..." and "They
won't hurt you if you don't hurt them..." view that some folks have,
usually insecure pepes with a need to fit in somewhere... And don't
those patches look cool, and maybe this gives me some kind of
protection(?)... And as we all know, bikers are as f*cked up and small
minded and bigotted as everyone else... As a group, we're not that
different to stamp-collectors or freemasons, we *know* that we are
somehow better... IYSWIM... so much b*llsh*t.....

Yes but a padlock and chain does so much more damage to the cranium than a
pair of tweezers and a lupe ;-)

I think sir will find that when out shopping the 12 guage credit card is
    universally accepted.
