    Hello everyone,

    Im new to the motorcycling world. Having just turned 35 I decided to get
    over my mid life crisis and get a motorcycle. Ive completed my learners and
    licence and have just bought a brand new GSXR1000 - 03 model. Very nice
    machine.

    Ive been watching this folder for some time so I figured it was time to
    introduce myself. Im located in Melbourne and keen to go for a ride. I will
    be at the Awareness ride I think.

    What would you suggest then ? I can always change it at the shop, money is
    not a problem. Although I dont think I will ned more power than the GSXR1000
    puts out, my god it goes fast.

    Hee hee, I think the fuckup was my favourite bit. I usually tend to
    ignore these types of threads, but then again, its been a reeeeeal slow
    day at work.

    Glad too see another taking up the hobby/passion/interest/fatal flaw.
    35, midlife crisis? oh dear, that means im 11 yrs off being midway through my life *gulp*[1]
    gsxr1000, hope you like, cant say i've ridden one, darned power restrictions.

    and lastly, folder? i would have actually called it a cobbled together bunch of hogwash
    representing a rather mishmash group of individuals. each to their own. :)

    [1] im sure to get a few wiseassed comments from others in here for that.
