Yeah, it feels like just yesterday[1] that I got me 'L's and
"blinking stepped into the sun"[2] (stepped right into the
middle of blinkin' Harsh Week actually), asked the requisite
"Is anyone here stupid enough to lend this complete stranger
a learnerbike for a fortnight so I can self-teach me'self
everything I need to know to upgrade to a litrebike on Monday
week?" question, got told to **** Off(tm), got offered a beer
*immediately* after that, lost my rally-virginity (and got the
BMW Riders Club keyring to prove it!), and now I'm splitting
cases and wheelie'ing shafties with the worst of 'em!
