Heathrow parking

    Has anyone tried parking bikes at Heathrow Terminal 1? Are there bike bays?
    Are they inside the NCP or outside?

    On the subject of airport parking--how is Gatwick for bikes. Anybody has any
    experience of parking there?

    See other posting - the multi-storey opposite the South terminal lets
    you stash bikes there for free, in dead space.

    As Mike says, as you head towards the big ramp for T1, head for the road
    just to the right of it, and park under the ramp. Contrary to what he
    says, I've *never* failed to find a spot though I admit it does get
    crowded.

    At other airports I've stashed the bike in "dead spoce" on the ground
    floor of the multi-storey and just dodged past the barrier on the way
    out.

    The roof level gets *very* low as it fills up, agreed.
