Any recommendations for in ear headphones that I can wear on the bike ?

I find that the "in ear" headphones supplied with my itouch quickly
become dislodged enough that the wind noise is louder than the music.

    Sennheiser do some good'uns, the CX300 / 400 / 500, come with a selection of
ear bungs to fit shell-likes and jug handles - the 400's have a short lead
to suit home-made autocom headset wiring (and an extension lead if you need
more length, ooer Mrs), about 12 quid on Ebay

    Cheers,
