Anyone know where to get them for the headlight when driving on the
right, can see car ones but nothing motorcycle sized.

Do I not need them for a motorcycle?, while searching there was
a bmw page on it but if people find it's not needed saves me money.

Is that a right hand drive or left hand drive motorcycle? Yeah, right.
Actually there is a difference: the headlamp!!

rob2 emerged from their own little world to say
I never bother on the bike: nor did anyone else on my recent trip.

If you suffer from paranoia about getting busted by the cops then stick
some insulation tape on the dipped beam lens.

Even if you get stopped by the police they are unlikely to twig that you
are riding a vehicle set up for UK roads.

All good and well as long as you don't ride at night. And it's
not the legality I'm thinking about.

if they are dazzled then at least they have seen you :)

BTW, in most countries in Europe, it is compulsory to have your headlamp on
at all times. We didn't seem to be upsetting anybody during the day.

You can always have a headlamp like mine fitted. It is able to be
adjusted by just pushing it with your finger.

If you're talking about those plastic Fresnel lenses, just cut up a
car one or just put black tape over the same wedge of headlight that
    the lens would go over.

  11. Don't bother. Nobody else does, least of all the furriners driving on
    our roads.

And (still talking about night riding) you'll be a bit tired
of all the headlight flashing and meeting drivers that
will not bother to dip their lights because you don't seem
    to do.
    Not much of a problem.

  13. rob2 explained on 08/07/2005 :
Most these days have a flat dipped beam which is suitable for LHD and
RHD. Check the beam pattern on a wall first, to see if it needs to be
    modified.
