The Mythbusters ran a section on that subject
Was it possible to get electrocuted by pissing in a thunderstorm
They tried everything and there was only a few milliamps that reached the
stream

I did see a photo a while ago of a very black and burned penis
the owner had pissed on an electric fence

It is quite possible to be hit by lightning. It's happened more than
once.

(I have seen a writeup by a bod who was hit while he was riding his
bike)

They did note that the organ in question wasn't that badly damaged.
