hayden's biggest challenge in motogp...

....might be that he's just too nice a guy. i know he's a competitor
and knows how to win, but i fear in the premier class of
roadracing...ya gotta be a bit of an self-centered a-hole to succeed.

hayden's tirade after getting the pedrosa-punt was the closest thing
i've seen to that coming from hayden ever. but in interviews afterward
seemed pretty reserved. i think a hungrier guy would have caused
bodily harm to pedrosa right there in the gravel pit for that stunt,
and followed-up by crucifying him in the press-room afterward.

maybe hayden's keeping the fire inside...we'lll see in the final race.
if he does win the championship, he will have earned MUCH RESPEK from
all followers of motogp.

 

I know what you mean, I really miss the old days when Lawson and Schwantz
had punch ups with marshals and even when Chili smacked Fogarty in the mouth
after an altercation

Just not enough violence in today's Bike racing, the sport is going to ruin.

I've been waiting for that to become reality. The faith in Hayden's
skills seem to be at an all-time low in this group, because Rossi's
eight point lead is seen as the end of the world. Does it *shockingly*
imply that Rossi is seen as the better rider?

Come on, if Hayden, the ex dirt-tracker god, is really half as good as
the patriotic US posters have written here, he's going to take the win
at Valencia with his both hands tied behind his back. Do not forget how
Hayden Nickyansen operated the clutch with The Force in the Star Wars
prequel movies.
