  1. HAYDEN AUTOGRAPHED BANNERS TO BENEFIT INJURED RIDER

Don't Miss a Chance to Own a Piece of History While Helping Vincent Haskovec

MONTEREY, Calif. (September 15, 2005) - Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca is
offering motorcycle fans an opportunity to own a unique piece of history
while at the same time donating to a great cause.

Ten 3 foot by 8 foot banners that lined the City of Monterey's Fremont
Street during the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix will be available for bid in a
blind auction. Each of the banners have been personally autographed by race
winner Nicky Hayden of Owensboro, Kentucky. The proceeds from the auction
will be donated to the Wegman Benefit Fund to assist in the cost and care of
American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) racer Vincent Haskovec.

Bids will be taken exclusively at www.laguna-seca.com. Minimum bid is $750,
and the 10 highest bids will win the banners. In a blind auction, bidders
are unable to see other participant's bids. The auction will run from
Wednesday, September 21 through Wednesday, September 28, 2005.

Haskovec was injured May 14, 2005 during an AMA Formula Xtreme race at
Infineon Raceway. The rising star hit a tire wall and suffered paralyzing
injuries. He is currently undergoing therapy in California.

The 2005 Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix drew a weekend attendance of 153,653, the
largest event in the 49 seasons of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. Tickets for
the 2006 event went on sale on September 1 and quickly sold out of all
hospitality areas and paddock passes. General Admission tickets, general
camping, and grandstand seats remain on sale for the July 21-23, 2006 event
weekend at www.laguna-seca.com or by calling (800) 327-SECA.

Information on the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix is also available at
