My new one - a Davida Jet
http://www.davida.co.uk/jet/imagesbig/80270L.jpg - is very comfy but has
an odd side effect in I can barely hear the induction roar of the Guzzi
(which is pretty bloody loud) which makes the wind noise seem louder.

    Thank you.
One other thing, I need a flip front helmet to accommodate my
    spectacles.

I wear sunglasses under my Wing, and could happily wear glasses under ti as
well. Have worn glasses under all my helmets at times, in fact.

Just tried this one, among others, best fit for my big head, and
I can get it on without taking off my glasses (important!)

    How noisy?

Do I have to wear it in the house?

I much prefer contacs, full stop. But I can ride in glasses when needed.
Waiting for the day photochromatic contacts are available / reasonably
    priced.

If the company wishes to extend this rule to all staff I don't mind, as
long as I don't have to pay for it.

Get a repping job with our mob. We have to have samples, and there are
times when using the bike is a viable option. Naturally I wear what we
supply to go to work in. At the moment that is a pair of NP20 trousers,
N65 jacket, NG20 summer gloves with thermal inners, N1200-VX or F317-V
lid and a pair of NB40 boots. Come summertime I'll be in Swift Podium
leathers (or whatever replaces the ones I have) and the same gloves,
    boots and lids.

I'm fully Nitro'd up when I leave here.

Screw that. OGK lid and top-of-the-range gear or nothing.

Why do you think I chased the job in the first place?
It is. I didn't particularly like Akito stuff of old, but the new stuff
is definitely far better quality than it was.

I like my 610V. It's not broken in, yet, due to the past 3 months of
vertigo, but I have no doubt it will be the best full face I've had. The
main reason I picked it is fit, followed by a quick consult with Lozzo and
    the price is right, too!

At the moment, I have a Caberg J1 Plus flipper, for the warmer months, but
when that is up for renewal, I'll be looking at the Nitro.

I don't know if Nitro boots are fully waterproof, but if they are and they
have some in my size, I'll have a close look at them, too.

At present there are no boots in the Nitro range which are claimed as
waterproof; I don't know if this is going to change. What there are go
up to size 13. I wear Daytona Road Star GTX myself.

Who knows. I haven't heard of any plans to introduce any. The NB40s I
wear do a good job of keeping the rain out, even though they aren't
    officially sold as being waterproof.
So do I, if it's raining when I leave the house. Otherwise I take a
chance and wear the NB40s :)

Might have to see if I can liberate (entirely above-board, of course)
    some then...
