Harley Hire in the UK (north-west-ish)?

    No, it's not for me. It's for a, er, friend.

    A mate wants to hire out a Harly "Electra Glide Classic", whatever one
    of those is, from somewhere nearish Manchester. Has anyone
    accomplished such a feat before? Have they any pointers where to ask,
    where to get it from (where not to get it from)?

    Answers on a post to this thread please.

    Nearly all Harley dealerships hire bikes.
    The Ultra Classic is probably one of the most expensive ones to hire and
    would probably be in the range of 130-150 ukp /day.

    Can't see a local one in Manchester though. I'll ask around to see if there

    But they no longer do HD stuff, but you can buy a Hummer there though ;o)

    Nowhere near Manchester, but neither is Bristol as mentioned elsewhere!
    Westcoast Harley in Glasgow are renting now, or absolutely just about
    to anyway.
