Being in an MSN Messenger conversation with 3 of your cousins and a few
friends, your dad and sister.....and they're all chatting in Maltese
expecting you to keep up with them.

Fucking impossible. If you were to be playing Scrabble with them you'd
be the king of the triple word score and double letter score. I've never
used the x key so much.

I gave up after 2 minutes.

But you can speak Scandi-yack to some extent. I have a very basic
    understanding of Maltese.

She came out of plaster last Thursday and the surgeon is very pleased with
her progress, the ironwork and bone graft are looking good and in another
couple of weeks she can start learning to learn to walk again.

She is very pleased. However she says the plate itches, I told it is

Yes but normally only to the dogs, and **** it, they can speak English
better than I can Danish, and even more to the point Christel and her
mother speak very posh Danish and I only do pikey yokel Jutland dialects
and modern Norwegian and both very badly.

Unless the surgeon can't find the screwdriver that came with the kit
and just uses any one made from another metal -> galvanic corrosion. It
    happens, apparently!
