Happy Constitution day - I know its late but its the first time on the computer today. The Constitution of the United States was signed on this date (September 17, 1787) after months of debate. Although we all recognize the Constitution and its significance in our lives, it wasn't until President George W. Bush signed a bill on December 8th, 2004 (public law 108-447) which designates every September 17th as Constitution Day. At the website below you will find a video on the celebration of the simultaneous recitation of the Preamble to the US Constitution on September 16, 2005.
