GS500 User Manual

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Peter Hawkins, Apr 19, 2007.

  1. Anybody out there got a user manual for a GS500 K5 (or FK5)? If so
    (and if it is not too many pages) can I get a photocopy of it please?

    I bought said bike a few weeks ago but it came without a user manual. I
    know 90% of it is common sense, but it's the other 10% I could be using!

    Ta in advance!

    No idea what year the K5 was built but you might find something of use
    here:

    GungaDan says...
    It's aeasy.
    K1 = 2001
    K2 = 2002
    etc

    K5 has got to be 2005.

  4. Thanks - got some drawings which might be useful, but still looking for a
    copy of an Owners Manual, if there is one out there?

  5. If it is any help the bike is substantially the same as that made in
    1989, except for the forks which are a bit longer, so any old second
    hand manual from ebay would do.
