  1. Took me an hour to get to the hospital this morning by car [1]. Took
Will 20 minutes [2]. Cambridge can't be more than 5 miles from end to
end - *how* much traffic?! The sooner I can get back on my bike the
    better.

Mental note to self - don't start labour during the rush (ha!) hour.

[1] For a repeat scan, she behaved this time, no doubt because I
    *hadn't* been on my bike!
[2] But he still missed the scan because I sent him home again, having
discovered I'd forgotten my notes...dozy bint that I am.

Heh, if you do, give me a call at work. You can hop on the back of the bike,
    side-saddle. We'll be there in minutes. :)

  3. Thanks for the offer - Seriously considering getting there on the back
of Will's if it's that time of the morning! If I can get on it, that
    is!

So do you work at Addies, not Hinchingbrooke?

  8. Heh, well, one way to get to hospital quickly *might* be to strap
explosives to myself and threaten to blow up a bus.

Might be the wrong kind of hospital though...
