Great News: "Faster" gets wide distribution

Or whatever they call it when it finally shows up on moviefone., etc.

It was previewed on TwoWheel Tuesday last night on Speed with the producer.

They said near the end of this year a new(er) DVD release is coming with a
2nd disc of features, including a 50min extended version plus another hour
of clips. You still might be able to buy the "preview DVD" from
fastermovie.com where I got mine a few months ago.

 

OK, Maybe I should have said "wider" distribution as it I looks like they've
got a limited number of prints.: The Bay area will not get it for another
six weeks. BUt I'm loking forward to the 35mm format and dobly 5.1. When I
saw it in Santa Cruz at the Rio(?) earlier this year they used an LCD
projector which was pretty rough and the sound was a little weak (oh, and no
popcorn!). But it was worth the drive over the hill.
