It's been several months now, haven't had me a good piece of home made pie.. Looks like we might have us a pretty nice weekend .. hmmmm.. Might be a good time to scratch this itch to take me a little ride and eat some of the best home made pie in Texas.. Kinda took a few cleansing swipes at the old Green One, yesterday.. when I detected a slight rumbling in the stomach.. After snacking with tidbits of cookies, cake.. a store bought pie and some other goodies.. it was apparent that something was lacking.. Voila.. there it was.. the solution to the problem.. Dang.. the Koffee Kup restaurant in Hico has the solution to my problem.. There you go.. it's that time again.. Satisfy two urges with one answer to the problem.. I'm not sure which day, but Hico can expect a visit from me and that old Vulcan, either on Saturday or Sunday, depending on which one looks better, weather-wise.. Anyone want to take a little day ride through GlenRose, see some pretty country and ride some good motorcycling roads.. Then, enjoy a coffee down with a good piece of pie, before the ride back home..
