I could show you where to drop a bomb that would take out around
95% of all UK Internet capacity. Or where to drop two to take
out pretty much the whole lot. Lose 60% of your bandwidth and
congestion will take care of the rest.

Or where to attack to completely isolate the UK from the rest of
the world for everything but satellite uplinks.

Hit a few major cities in the US and their part of the Internet
would go the same way.

But more to the point, if "the bomb" does drop, do you think
anyone will give a shit about the Internet? Me, I'll be busy
running like buggery towards ground zero to get it all over with.

Sounds like the start of a KRC race with team UKRM.

 

Poplar dock would be more central (Telehouse is the critical site)
but anything with an effective radius of more than about 1km would
do the trick if dropped over Canada Square.
