God, what an abortion

Hoist by your own petard right up ^^^ there, Beav. Not that I expect
you to cotton on to what I mean by that.

Popular != good, or even decent. OE is the most popular newsreader
simply because it is available by default on nearly every windows PC.
However, there are many good alternatives to OE available for free or
low cost download, so for someone who posts as much as yourself,
continuing to use OE must be viewed as deliberately voting for it.

Why not give something else a brief trial and see how you get on
with it?

I did deliberately vote for it. I've got any number of newsreaders installed
on this pile of shite computer, but I use OE because I like it.

Do you REALLY think I've never used anything else? I used Turnpike for years
and I've used "The Bat" to mention just two, but I prefer this one. I
sincerly hope that's Ok with you.

Where did you get the idea I thought you had never used anything other
than OE? Just because I suggested you try something else, doesn't mean
I think you have always used OE exclusively.

I don't care what newsreader you use, to be honest. I just thought
since folk have been getting on your case about your posts' formatting
you might want to consider using something else.

I use Thunderbird or tin, depending on my connection status. Neither is
a great newsreader but I am comfortable with them _and_ I can usually
manage to format a paragraph properly and sort out my quoting.

I can see that.

Like I said, it's nothing I'm doing and posts only **** up occasionally and
I don't know for usre it's OE that's the cause.

So can I with OE.
