    It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
    drugs began to take hold. I remember "sweller"
    Aha. I should have sussed that. I suppose individual companies would
    have had manuals of some sort but most of it was probably imparted by
    judicious application of a shovel to the trainee's head.
    I'm keeping an eye on that.
