Seeing as how I has found a cracking deal on Glenmorangie at a local
convenience store I am currently a bit monged.

You like it or you don't Oggers, we can't all be Hooch men.

Besides, the one true drink is Slivovice.

Never tried either. Just happened to spot that the shop had the Glenmorangie
(10 y.o) on offer at £15.99 and thought "I Fancy some of that". If anyone
wants to know where mail me cos it's where I work and I dinna fancy even
    remotely promoting it here.

Probably doesn't care as long as they're paying.

    It's a Speyside malt, £22 for a bottle of 10yo, £28 for 12yo, and upwards to
£50 for the 21yo. Bloody delicious.

I used to be a JD drinker (still drink it from time to time), then branched
out into Wild Turkey, Makers Mark, Woodforde Reserve, and a few others like
    Knob Creek and Bullit.

    MM is really nice.

    methinks.

She has her ups and downs, bless her. It's going to be a struggle fighting
for the remote control on Sunday though.

we were having a short discussion about remote control retention last
night. Apparently (according to Angie) I'm "weird" and "not like other
men" insofar as I'm perfectly happy for her to have the remote
controls on her side of the sofa.

She's not worked out that it's preferable for me to just say to her
"put such and such a channel on"; "start the DVD"; "turn that up a
bit, will you?" than to have to put my drink down and faff around with
3 or 4 different remote controls.
