Glad I haven't reprayed my bike yet

Cos I'd be re-doing the right hand side if I had. I dropped the T/ace
while turning it round at 2mph, on full lock with a pillion on. There's
only very minor damage to things that were already scraped, and neither
of us got hurt when it went down, so I'm not at all bothered.

I almost did that today - but didn't.

Having a light bike and no one willing to travel on the back has it's
    advantages.

Next week on Things That Went Wrong But Had No Discernible Impact, Loz finds
a spider's leg in his cornflakes. Not being that hungry, he scrapes them
    into the bin.

Yep - it pays to shop around for a pre-dropped bike.

It does indeed, and it's going to stay like this until the day it gets
    sold.

I have two new side fairing that are virtually undamaged waiting for
paintwork in the correct colour, and I have a very good quote for the
repairs needed to the top section. When they've been done it will look
    pretty damn good.

Different person. Today it was my friend's daughter who was riding
pillion. I dropped the bike right outside her house with her mum
watching. 10 minutes later my friend's son was out for a ride on the
    back.

I think you're considered too rufty tufty to bother asking. I'm only lickle
    and I'm a pretend biker.

There's new injured that are worse off, so you take a bit of a back
    seat on the sympathy action.

Good to hear though - keep it up. Or down, or however the doc advised.
