    I always call people on these bikes wankers, however I was going to buy it
    and use it at that price (seller is only 2 miles away)

    It has now been cancelled, must have been a mistake.

    That's an immediate pointer to a scam. There have been a number
    similar recently trying to sell mini tractors.

    When you E-Mail you will be asked to pay a deposit into a (fake)
    escrow service while you inspect the non-existent vehicle.
