Have you done too? They're hosting the site (&
the new one he's started spamming), & have a specific section on usenet
spam in their AUP. Also (registration service), who
replied a few hours after I emailed them asking for more details.

 

Bad form, but znetindia have just copied me in on an email to Mr Forex,
telling him if he doesn't stop spamming immediately, all his services
will be withdrawn. I'd call that a result.
