    there was a article posted on one forum while back that the NSW was
    testing them already, and was pissed that the document was leaked out
    that they were testing.

    The cameras would probably film you doing it as the spray from the can is
    probably going faster than the current speed limits we have ;-), suddenly
    your will be charged with vandalism. Just remember to pack the balaclava
    (So u look the part) and posibably a hammer to make sure u finish them off
    once and for all. Rember a job 1/2 done is a job not done at all.
