Why are you posting everything as a .sig?
Needs to be up in the headers
Latrobe Tce? Don't know any bike dealers there. Don't tell me Sexy Rexy
    is going to branch out!!
You're from SIT? Go read RFC1036 on message structure! :)

As one of the persistently inviting of Matt to apply for such positions
over here ("Turn away from the Dark Side Matt!") quite happy thank you!

    Cheers

  4. ....

I at NOT time tried any sort of racing , i was not at all comfortable riding
the HD ,i wanted Monday AM to come soonest as i was sick of the bloody fat
bike and wanted to hand it back

The only silly things i did where 1,a burnout,2,land speed record on a
perfect straight road (all over @170km/h) 3,go dirt tracking with it

1 rider IS a pro and was scraping the pegs big time, the problem started
when the others *tried* to stay with him...

This fellow races motorcross and active in racing so he no point, the others
should have just tried to enjoy the cruise like i did

  5. No , you could (be silly way to do it) NOT have to go any where near or
through Geelong to get to Torquay just even start on the opposite side of
the bay at Portsea with the ferry to Queenscliff then ride ,Pt.Lonsdale to
    OceanGrove then onto Torquay
Yes and as mentioned spent a lot of time in that region when a youngen, esp.
    down the road at Lorne
Yes, so now it is in my CV and i can (but dont) brag about it,hope the
Sportster are better thing to ride ?
Well not sure what is the def. of a motocyclist but i like them esp. the
racing,i like F1 racing too as does most rev heads but the chance of driving
one of those is remote (working on it though)
    188,000 is the "offical" figure

Do them Harleys only come with 2 gears?
You couldn't scrape pegs on a Harley on the Great Ocean Road? I think you
missed the turnoff, you were still on the Princes Highway.
So is the inverse also true, that a proficient Harley rider will be a PRO on a
    motocross bike?

  8. Say what? Not a quick or fast thing for the engine size or even the money
asked for them,I think 5 "speed" ??Was a few years ago now
Not not me, Les, was great to watch sparks flying everywhere as i follwed
him he even did it with a pillion on board a MAD ****, he did have to do
some sort of "engineering" to cover up the grinded away metal on the pegs
though.Yes it was the GOR althouh i prefered the Hwys.

rcross and active in racing so he no point, the others
They will prob. both have to pick up the said bikes out of the gravel at one
    time otr another :))

Which would explain your unhealthy preoccupation with Italian marques...
Ducati riders think the GOR stops at Lorne because none of them ever make it
past the "Last cafe for 44km" sign at the far end of town.
