Japan - THE LAND OF SCOOTERS - has instituted a new licensing category
for scooters as of June, 2005.

Yes folks, if you want nothing to do with a car (cage) or manual-shift
(dinosaur worthless) motorcycle then YOU can get a license JUST for a
    scooter.

    There are 4 types.

up to 50cc (anyone with a car permit can ride a 50cc. This permit has
    been around for decades)

    new - up to 125cc
    new - up to 400cc

    and

    new - UNLIMITED.

Remember this. Gearing is useless and worthless.

    Why fucking bother?
Is it to "be a man"?
Is it some kind of "tough guy" thing?

Manual shifting is for MORONS and BASTARDS!

    I have spoken!

Shifting is not necessary. We now have AUTOMATIC MOTORCYCLES.

You TROGLODYTES need to get that through your bovine yob heads.

I think you overestimate the intelligence of the folks around here, they
are much closer to you than you may think.

Hmm.. you talk about 'car permit' I've never heard it called that
    before.

I wouldn't something like this though... not a scoot, thank goodness.

ISTR that in the film Judge Dredd, they had 5 or 6 bikes. Of those,
only one was a manual gearbox.

What do the above hieroglyphics refer to? Some sort of 'biker code' for
various motorcycle models? Motorcycle rallys? rallies? Tours?

    Odds Bodkins!
