I'm saving that Google search for the next time Pip

    Ohhh, many ginges ;-)

I read somewhere that the pictures do get updates although I'm lazy
    enough not to check.

  5. Surely an easy way would be to paint over the white lines on the road
with black paint. That way by looking at the pictures you cant prove
the vehicle was speeding because you have no way of determinig of far
    it has travelled between flashes.

Easy but time consuming. You've a lot less chance of getting caught with
a petrol soaked tyre as seems to be the case with these than painting
    lines on a road IMO

Running the thing over with a truck seems to be the solution with the least
    chance of going wrong...

Indeed, but what if you love your truck and don't want to damage it?
Stealing one is an option but wouldn't this increase the risk of the
    operation going wrong?
