Garages West Hampstead Area

Hi all, I've just moved into West Hampstead and am just about to get
back on the road again with a new bike. Talking to the insurance people
it seams that parking in a garage basically halves an already high
London premium. Parking on my front yard counts for nothing and
probably isn't that safe. So...

Does anyone know where to find out about garages to let in the local
area or what I should expect to pay? One in the estate agent window
looked broken down and was 50 quid a week!
Better still, is there anyone in the area already renting to store a
bike and would go halves with another biker?

Yeah it seams pretty crazy, I found some one an estate agents website
for 50 quid, but look at the state of them, they don't really look
safe...fairly broken down with wooden doors...its obviously a seller
market
