Garagemahal - Redwood City - Garagemates wanted

Hi all -

I'm currently sharing an approx. 800 Sq. Ft. industrial space/garage
with 25' ceilings and loft storage. This is where I keep all of my
bikes, riding gear, and parts with 24/7 secured access and ability to
work on the bikes 24/7 (including firing them up at night).

Everything's peachy keen except that my garagemate needs my half of
the space back for his collection/needs. I'd like to stay in the same
complex as it's really great. Location is Redwood City, just off the
Whipple Road exit.

I'm looking to take another space in the same complex, I think it's
around 825-850 sq. ft. two separate rollup doors and the current
monthly is $950/month.

So I'm looking to split amongst one or more garagemates. I've got a
complete set of tools which you can borrow in a pinch and I'm thinking
of getting a hydraulic shop lift. Compressed air and other goodies
abound not to mention good camaraderie.
