Garage rental/work it thyself shop space?

    I live in an apartment, but I'd like to do a fair amount of bike shop
    work (notably replace the cam, rocker, and exhaust valve on my GF's
    EX250, and some other stuff).

    Does anyone know where in the richmond (east bay) area there is either
    garage rental space or "repair-it-thyself" shop space?

    Dunno about Richmond. Here's an option in SF.
