Funeral for Cat

OK. At this stage it's looking certain that Cat's funeral will be on Tuesday 24th of Januray. It still depends on whether we can get
her body released tomorrow, but from our understanding that's when the coroner will release her.

Worst case scenario we will have to move things back a day if she is not released till Monday.

So for anyone planning on coming down, I would expect it to be a Tuesday funeral, Wednesday at the latest.

It will be held at St Peters Church at Kings Meadows (exact address to follow soon) at around 11am. Kings Meadows is fairly close to
Launceston (within 10-15 minutes I believe).

Motorbikes are more than welcome. We are planning on having Cat's bike here and leading the procession from the church (with me
riding if all goes to plan). Her family actually suggested that before I did.

Will keep everyone updated.

Thanks Tim. Looks like there'll be a group of us (numbering 4 at the
moment). We might end up hiring a car as we're planning on catching the
6:30am flight and heading back the same day at 10:30pm.

We're taking those Jetstar flights as well. We've already arranged a
rental car, but it's a tiny wee Hyundai Getz or something. If we're
all taking the same flights, maybe we can upgrade it to a Tarago?

Charlie's been doing the organizing and she's booked a rental car as
well. I can ask if there's room for more. At the moment there are three
of us.

there were a few cars, it could accommodate a few different departure

matter too much, we'll probably have room for 1 or 2 smallish people in
ours if necessary.

Good news! It appears at this stage as though William will be able to attend the funeral. However there's a good chance it will be
his bio accompanying him.

Quite apart from not wanting to hurt our chances through the legal system, (which is up and running and looking promising so far),
we have heard word from a local newspaper that photographers may be present, possibly taking shots from a distance.

The last thing we need is an ugly confrontation plastered over the newspapers and marring what should be a fitting sendoff for Cat.
