FS: The Molly ZXR750L2

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by eric the brave, Sep 11, 2004.

  1. As I've just been layed off at work. No budget, and with no sign of
getting a new one I've decided its time to sell the ex Molly ZXR750 L2

It's as it was when I bought it. I've done about 4k on it in the time I've
owned it. It can be set up as either a track day bike or road bike. It has
a standard top fairing and seat unit with a race bottom fairing for road
use. It has race top fairing and tail piece for track use. The original
standard fairing has a crack in it and has not been repaired as yet.
It has a set of spare wheels with wets on them.

Ask Molly or Bear for an independent review.

I paid 1800 quid for it. I would like 1500 quid for it now. It does have
a full Akropovic exhaust and two sets of Supa Corsa tyres.

De munge the email to reply...

Green's unlucky. The only green bike I ever had, I had a terrible smash on
that left me with many broken bones. I've avoided green bikes ever since.

Bloody hell I'm tempted. I know what's been done to it. The exhaust
    is almost worth that.

Do you still have the spares?

    I prefer this one:

She's a canny one, and no mistake.

    Black.

It's quite fun, but feels like it needs setting up properly.

Yes. It's all exactly as it was. I've polished the frame rails, swinging
arm and wheel rims on the green wheels. It would be a real shame to see it
go, but needs must I suppose. At least if I sell it to you I could
probably buy it back again when I get another job :)

Come on down. You know where I live...

Her words weren't by any chance:"Your out of luck,
'cause that green thing is going nowhere close to me!"?
