No use to me as I've got one TV with a scart socket
and already have 2 DVD players!

Boxed (unopened) Samsung E234 DVD player.
    Multi-region through remote control code.
    Spec on the box says:
    DVD/SVCD/VCD/CD/MP3/WMA
    DVD/DVD-R/CD/CD-R/CD-RW
Will also go JPEG on CD, Kodak fotodisk things
and (which I thought was neat) WMA and MP3 on CD.

Retails at 79.99 I think, but this model has been
discontinued, so your for 40 quid?

More specs here from Amazon (click through to the specs):

I'll take your arm off for that, Ant.

If you have it still ...

I parsed the subject as one of sir.tony's drunk driver posts. Nurse!
    More port please.

Bad form and all that, but we met t'garagepixies half
way betwix 'ouses to make it nice and simple to offload
the good in a dodgy side-street exchange scenario.

This was next to a Tescos so we (familyE) popped in for
a cuppa and use of the loos. We perused the shelves and
I spotted a Sex and the City (season 5) for the princely
sum of 15 quid which we snapped up.

Now the DVD box was in one of those clear-plastic
tamper-proof case things, and usually you pay for it
at the checkout and they remove the case and you take
the thing home. The idea of these is to save the workers
having to remove all the disks from the cases and
store them somewhere, while still remaining fairly
    thief proof.

I've just got it home and opened the (shrink wrapped)
    case and it's fucking empty!

Stupid bint at the checkout didn't tell me to pick it
up from customer (un)services or anything either! I've
now got to see if my local Tesco will provide me with
the disks rather than trudging all the way back to
    Hatfield!
