Ah well, new year, potential for new toys...

I've pretty much decided to flog my Medion MDPNA 100 (Windows Mobile
PDA with built-in GPS receiver) as I've decided to bite the bullet and
    get a Garmin instead.

Anyway, it's about six months old, boxed, comes with car & pushbike
holders, "shower" cap plus computer cradle. I think I've still got the
registration card for it as well. Maps included for the whole of
Western Europe although the ones for Spain and Portugal are supposedly
    not that great.

I bought it because I thought I could kill two birds with one stone and
retire my (t)rusty Palm V at the same time but like most Windows Mobile
PDAs it's considerably bigger than the Palm so it ended up gathering
dust when I don't need Satnav.

I paid around GBP250 six months ago so I'm looking for around 170...

Nothing plummets in value faster than technotoys.

  3. What he said. I idly enquired at my camera shop about chopping in my
Nikon D100 against a new D200 (end of tax year approaching, you see) and
was told I met get £250-300 on the D100.
    Fiver. Cash.

Hmm. At that price I'm tempted to make you an offer...
FRO the two of you. A quick look on fleabay suggests that a more
realistic price would be around 150 squids so I'd be happy to let it go
    for that.

Chances are it'll break down within 10 minutes of the new owner getting it
    as it's tainted with

  6. No, I'll keep it. The D200 is lovely, but the D100 is fine for what I
want and do, frankly. I think I'll buy a decent digital compact to
supplement the D100. Up to maybe £500, preferably Nikon. At the moment
the two compacts I tote with me are both film.
